POTFACTS.CA- “Pot makes you crazy!”

It’s a pack of lies the powers that be use to justify continued persecution of the poor growers and dealers – and young users – of cannabis.
I think that’s gone on long enough. It’s time we started to fight back with the truth as our weapon! In particular: pot-facts.ca
It’s a website devoted to dispelling the current mythology around cannabis – the “reefer madness 2.0”.
A “fact”, according to Wikipedia, is
“… something that is postulated to have occurred or to be correct. The usual test for a statement of fact is verifiability—that is, whether it can be demonstrated to correspond to experience. Standard reference works are often used to check facts. Scientific facts are verified by repeatable careful observation or measurement (by experiments or other means).”

The website is filled with evidence, and a visual symbol of each fact is lovingly selected from amongst everything Google image or a scanner can find to accompany the fact in question.
Should you wish to participate in spreading of these facts, we have included some memes that can be downloaded, taken to the printers and turned into stickers, posters, banners, or with a little skill, stencils.
As well, artists can create their own visual versions of the memes using facts and images from the website – just be sure what you’re saying is a fact, and that you include the website address in the artwork.
If you’re not sure it’s a fact, just submit it to David Malmo-Levine at [email protected] and he will evaluate it and if it’s a fact (and relevant to the cause of legalization) he will put it up on the website. If it’s not a fact he will explain why.
One person can’t do everything but every person can do something. Together, we can all use the truth to defend ourselves from the reefer madness – their last attempt at persecuting us before we win our total freedom!
